Ghana Independece Celebration (47 year Bithday)
Another African cultural Extravaganza by the African students in INTI College was their celebration of Ghana Independence at Mary Yek Multipurpose Hall of INTI College Sarawak on March 19, 2004

Organized by the African students Association (ASA.) of the college, the event was to commemorate Ghana's independence from the British rule on March 6, 1957. the event , celebrated annually in Ghana, reminded the Ghana Students here of home.

The spectators comprising student of the college, their families , and friends had high expectation of the evening . And they were not disappointed by the cultural extravaganza presented by talented Africa students attired in Native costumes.

The president of African students Association Mr. Anthony Claret made a speech in conjunction with Ghana independence Day celebration. The celebration took a colorful turn as African students received a big surprise by the school Management. As the Managing Director of the college could not make it for the day, Mr. Lim Lian Hua, Director of Corporate Affairs represented him and show a clip of pre-recorded message for the African students and emphasizes on the need to integrate all international students as a family of INTI Community. The African students presented series of exciting cultural experience for the other students and staffs of the college as they showcase their food, dances and songs.
