The design of this website, 'The African Voice'' is engineered by me with collaborated effort of our members putting our talents, energy, resources and sweat together to promote and enrich the public with Africa enormous blessings & challenges. We try to showcase the aspirations, successes and concerns of Africa and Africa in Diaspora.

African students in diasporas recognize that there is a flow from the homeland to the Asian & Western world as well as flows back home. We strive to reflect these crosscurrents through feature stories and profiles emphasizing our successes and strengths countering the negative and pathologizing weaknesses overwhelmingly broadcast in most media.

We strive to maintain a holistic view of Africans living in Malaysia. It is thus my mission to emphasize the multidimensionality of African life-diverse cultures, businesses, fashions, entertainment, artistry and other forms of self-expression.

As the world moved on with the rapid growth of information and technology revolution which is the driving force of the process of globalization, we will forever be indebted to our continent and its people for the immense contribution to the world at large. Africa of which I speak of; is the cradle of humanity and has given humanity her civilization and continues to hold unlimited opportunities for the future.

The incontrovertible truth is that the Africa of hope is emerging like warming rays of sun on a cold winter day, ready to envelop us with its warmth. This Africa of hope challenges us to be warriors of her renaissance. This Challenge is borne everyday by Africans in their peasant associations, village committees, professionals, civic movements, women's organizations, and through our AFRICAN VOICE website, thus striving to become a leading lifestyle publication that informs, entertains, validates and celebrate our culture, our voices, our vision.
